Friday, May 3
1:00 pm - Hospitality Room opens for vendors to setup. Room is not yet open to guests or attendees.
3:00 pm - Hotel Check-In begins
4:00 pm - Hospitality Room opens for everyone. Light refreshments and finger foods will be available.
5:00 pm - Begin Setup for Poster Contest
5:30 pm-9:30 pm - Heath Checks and Hedgehog Registration for Saturday or Sunday's Conformation Show(s)
6:00 pm - Traditional Bingo with Hedgehog Prizes
11:00 pm - Hospitality Room closes for the night

Saturday, May 4
8:00 am - Hospitality Room opens for the day.
8:00 am - 9:00 am - Health Checks and Hedgehog Registration for Saturday or Sunday's Conformation

9:00 am - Conformation Show Begins - Hedgehogs can be pre-registered or sign up day of.
12:30 pm-2:00 pm - Lunch Break. Hospitality Room will remain open for vendor shopping.
2:00 pm-3:00 pm - Speaker: TBD
3:00 pm-5:00 pm - Hedgehog Games - Cost is $10 per hedgehog and each hedgehog needs an exercise ball in order to participate. Balls are available, but limited in quantity. 5:00 pm-5:30 pm - Costume Contest
5:30 pm - Silent Auction Bidding ends, Basket Raffle ends
5:30 pm-6:00 pm - Pickup for Silent Auction and Basket Raffle. Room closes at 6pm for dinner setup.
7:00 pm - Banquet Dinner
8:30 pm - Rainbow Bridge Ceremony
9:00 pm - Live Auction
11:00 pm - Hospitality Room closes for the night

Sunday, May 5
8:00 am - Hospitality Room opens for the day. Poster Contest winner is announced.
9:00 am - Conformation Show Begins. Hedgehogs must be pre-registered and have health check on
Friday/Saturday.
12:00 pm - Hotel Checkout
12:00 pm-1:30 pm - Lunch Break
1:30 pm-3:00 pm - Hedgehog Arts and Crafts
3:00 pm - Hedgehogs in Hats - In Memory of Margaret Campbell
4:00 pm - Show ends for attendees
5:00 pm - All vendors must vacate the show room
This schedule will be strictly enforced.
The committee reserves the right to change or cancel any activity.
Times may be adjusted to accommodate judging.
