Sponsors help to make each Eastern States Hedgehog Show possible.

Instead of asking for general sponsors for the show, this year we are asking for people to sponsor specific items or portions of the show. You can either sponsor in your name or in the memory of a loved one that has passed (both human and hedgehog). All sponsorships will be either listed in the show program or on the item itself at the show. Sponsoring is a great way to support the Hedgehog Welfare Society and the show if you are not able to attend.

Raffle Basket Sponsors - $30 - 10 spots available
Show Blanket Sponsor - $50 - 1 spot available
Show Supplies Sponsors - $30 - 2 spots available
Rainbow Bridge Sponsors - $20 - 20 spots available

To become a sponsor, please download the Sponsor Form and follow the instructions in the document for submission.

At each show, space is provided for vendors to sell hedgehog related items to the show attendees. These items are either for your hedgehog or are for humans with hedgehogs on them. In order to avoid competition at the show and to present a variety of times to the guests, we do not allow vendors to sell the same items as each other. Preference is given to past vendors if we end up with multiple people attempting to have the same items.

Current Show Vendors

BS Photography - on-site photographs of your hedgehog with awesome themes

Needlework Hedgehogs - handmade hedgehog supplies (cuddle sacks, cubes, tunnels, toys, etc.)

If you are interested in being a vendor at the show, the table fee is just $50 for all 3 days. Vendors will be allowed to set up prior to the official start of the show on Friday and will be allowed to pack up after everyone has left on Sunday. Sales will not be permitted during the actual showing of the hedgehogs (on Saturday and Sunday), or during the educational speaker on Saturday afternoon.

To become a vendor, please download the Vendor Form and follow the instructions in the document for submission.

Many thanks to our sponsors and vendors who helped to make this and all shows possible.
